Purpose of processing

• Enquiries: to review your property and respond to your enquiry or assessment request. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries.
• Communication: to contact you about your enquiry by email or phone, as you have agreed.
• Improving the website: where you have consented to analytics cookies.

We do not sell your personal information. We will not send you marketing without your permission.

Data storage and retention

Form submissions are stored securely with our hosting and database providers. We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then delete or anonymise it unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to host the website, store form submissions and deliver email. They process information only on our instructions. Where information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law.

Enquiry security and email notifications

Our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and connection for this security check. Enquiries are stored through Lovable Cloud and its database infrastructure; notification emails containing your submitted information are sent to our business inbox through Resend. We also use a non-readable hash of your email address to limit repeated submissions. This is separate from optional advertising and analytics.
